Natalie Portman's Outfit Looks Super Fancy, Until You Look Down at Her Shoes

On a day-to-day basis, Natalie Portman's maternity look is super casual and laid-back. Roll out the red carpet, however, and this expectant mama transforms into what we call a total style goddess. She's worn floor-sweeping gowns, body-hugging minis, and a variety of printed dresses — all looks perfectly complementing her baby bump. Natalie was even one of the first stars to wear coveted Spring '17 designs like a custom Brandon Maxwell ruffle minidress. The actress even wore a powerful piece from Dior to the Women's March. For the significant occasion, Natalie chose a t-shirt that read "We Should All Be Feminists," from the fashion house's Spring '17 collection. From runway to the stage, this ...

Geht mir genauso.

You made my day - danke dafür!“ Eine andere kommentierte: „Du bist so wunderbar Lou!

Panoptikum soziales Netzwerk: Wir normieren uns selbst

Hollywood Writers Trash Trump at Politically-Charged WGA Awards

Hollywood Writers Trash Trump at Politically-Charged WGA Awards

Sunday night’s Writer’s Guild of America awards show turned into a full-fledged exercise in anti-Donald Trump-bashing as Hollywood’s top writers repeatedly skewered the president during presentations and acceptance speeches.
Actor-writer-comedian Patton Oswalt took on hosting duties for the Los Angeles-based ceremony and began the night by introducing his event security, two men dressed as “soldiers from armed forces of the Russian Federation.”

“People here tonight are angry about two things — that Deadpool is nominated for Best Screenplay and that Trump is President,” Oswalt joked. “Donald Trump, I want to be very careful about making jokes about. I don’t want to be kicked to death tonight by James Woods,” at which point the conservative actor hopped onstage, snatched off Oswalt’s shoe, and chided him: “This is an awards show, get some shoes, Jesus.”

The impromptu bit was not scripted, Oswalt assured his social media followers.

Regaining control of the show, Oswalt continued: “I feel bad for Trump. Here’s what happened: They had the [White House] Correspondents’ Dinner, Obama went up and made fun of Donald, and Donald said, ‘I’m taking his job.’”

“Now he’s sitting there saying: ‘This job sucks! My life before this was amazing!’” he added. “Donald Trump taking Obama’s job would be like if the head of linguistics at Rutgers made fun of David Lee Roth … and he said, ‘I’m the head of linguistics at Rutgers. Bring on the hookers and cocaine!'”

Later, Chelsea Handler took her own shot at Trump by ridiculing his claim that millions of people may have illegally voted in the 2016 general election, though the talk show host’s jokes didn’t appear to land with the audience.

“If you win this award tonight I want everybody to remember not to get a big head because there are millions of illegal voters in California. Not to mention the ones in Massachusetts who took a bus and voted in New Hampshire,” Handler joked.

Back in New York at the WGA Awards East, which were taking place simultaneously, host Lewis Black also took shots at Trump.
“We’re living at the intersection of satire and reality,” Black

Description

Pandemic Legacy is a co-operative campaign game, with an overarching story-arc played through 12-24 sessions, depending on how well your group does at the game. At the beginning, the game starts very similar to basic Pandemic, in which your team of disease-fighting specialists races against the clock to travel around the world, treating disease hotspots while researching cures for each of four plagues before they get out of hand.

During a player's turn, they have four actions available, with which they may travel around in the world in various ways (sometimes needing to discard a card), build structures like research stations, treat diseases (removing one cube from the board; if all cubes of a color have been removed, the disease has been eradicated), trade cards with other players, or find a cure for a disease (requiring five cards of the same color to be discarded while at a research station). Each player has a unique role with special abilities to help them at these actions.

After a player has taken their actions, they draw two cards. These cards can include epidemic cards, which will place new disease cubes on the board, and can lead to an outbreak, spreading disease cubes even further. Outbreaks additionally increase the panic level of a city, making that city more expensive to travel to.

Each month in the game, you have two chances to achieve that month's objectives. If you succeed, you win and immediately move on to the next month. If you fail, you have a second chance, with more funding for beneficial event cards.

During the campaign, new rules and components will be introduced. These will sometimes require you to permanently alter the components of the game; this includes writing on cards, ripping up cards, and placing permanent stickers on components. Your characters can gain new skills, or detrimental effects. A character can even be lost entirely, at which point it's no longer available for play.

There are big questions still to be answered after the finale of wartime drama The Halcyon

There are big questions still to be answered after the finale of wartime drama The Halcyon

ITV's lavish wartime drama came to an end last night and Mirror TV critic Ian Hyland says it felt a bit rushed

Did aristocratic hotel owner and newly qualified murderess Lady Hamilton and shifty manager Dickie Garland make it out alive after that German bomb put a dampener on the 50th birthday bash?

Does that head injury mean the cocktail bar’s Sean Connery soundalike shongstressh, Betshey Day, has shwung her lasht shwing? Will secret gay lovers Toby and Adil live happily ever after? And, following some fairly average viewing figures, does ITV now regret bigging up this show as the new Downton Abbey?

I suspect the answer to that last one will also be a key factor in whether the network takes a punt on a second series.

The ending felt a bit rushed but it left enough loose ends that are worth pursuing. So ITV should definitely give it another go.

Sadly I said the same thing about Brief Encounters and Home Fires and ITV went and axed them both – even though they pulled in more viewers than The Halcyon has managed.

Just last Saturday they bizarrely chose to subtitle an Irish granny on The Voice while still refusing to use subtitles where they are really needed – namely, whenever
will.i.am goes off on one of his dope streams of consciousness.

With a few tweaks The Halcyon could easily become a bigger hit.
All the producers really need to do is persuade ITV to put it out on a Sunday night.
And then give Dame Maggie Smith her own suite on the top floor.

Apple March 2017 Event Rumor: New iPad Pro, Red iPhone 7 And 7 Plus, 128GB iPhone SE, More

Apple March 2017 Event Rumor: New iPad Pro, Red iPhone 7 And 7 Plus, 128GB iPhone SE, More

apanese website Mac Otakara has been stoking the rumor fire again today, claiming that Apple will hold a March 2017 event during which new iPad Pros will be unveiled alongside new iPhone SE configurations as well as an all-new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus color option.

As the rumor goes, the event will mainly focus on the iPad Pro, with the whole lineup set to receive a refresh while new sizes will also be added to the mix.

While the existing 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pros will receive updates, Apple will also add a Pro tablet in 7.9-inch and 10.5-inch flavors, with the latter expected to feature a button-less display, similar to that of the also rumored iPhone 8. Should that be the case, this new 10.5-inch iPad Pro will likely have physical dimensions which closely resemble the 9.7-inch iPads.

Alongside iPad Pro updates, the rumor also suggests that the iPhone SE will see its capacity options increase, with a 128GB iPhone added to the mix – the iPhone SE is currently available in 16GB and 64GB variations.

Staying on with the iPhone for a moment, Mac Otakara also believes that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will gain a new red color option, although the same website did previously believe that such a color would first debut as part of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7s launch.

As for the Apple Watch, it is believed that a fresh of the wearable’s watch bands and straps will also take place during the event, as also happened last year.

If all these new iPads and iPhones do come to fruition, the publication does not confirm when they will be ready to ship, although the all-new 10.5-inch iPad Pro is not expected to be ready for prime time until May.

The Vaginal Orgasm Doesn’t Exist And Never Has Done According To This New Study

The Vaginal Orgasm Doesn’t Exist And Never Has Done According To This New Study

Along with unicorns and gender pay equality, it turns out the vaginal orgasm is a total myth.Research published in the Clinical Anatomy journal has also concluded the majority of women worldwide do not even have orgasms during penetrative sex.

hat different women find different moves and motions work more or less successfully in bringing them to climax, both during masturbation and sex with a partner.”
Alix added: “Even if descriptions like ‘clitoral orgasm’ or ‘G-spot’ do turn out to be scientifically fuzzy, because they’re quite specific about location, they can still prove very useful during conversations about sex and in educating women and their partners on the various places and ways they can try focusing stimulation in order to discover what works best for them personally.”Taking things back to basics: the clitoris is a female sexual organ that is small, sensitive, and located on the outside of the body in front of the opening of the vagina. It is made from the same tissue as the penis and is responsive to sexual stimulation. The report by Vincenzo Puppo and Giulia Puppo found that the key to all female orgasms lies in this small area outside of the vagina. They also found that the terms G-spot, vaginal and clitoral orgasm; vaginally activated orgasm; and clitorally activated orgasm; are incorrect.
“Female orgasm” is the correct term to use.
While that may seem all well and good for scientific folk, Alix Fox from Durex argues that the term ‘female orgasm’ is so general that it’s “not as helpful a phrase in discussions designed to help women actually achieve said orgasms”.
She added: “There will always be a multitude of ways you can stimulate sexual organs to activate pleasure receptors and achieve various yummy effects, and to talk accurately about those ways we need lots of words – not just ‘female orgasm’.”
The study, which was published earlier this week, also claims that it’s possible for all women to orgasm if the female erectile organs are effectively stimulated.

Earlier this year, Medical Daily published a report about how women who had difficulty reaching orgasm also tended to have smaller clitorises, which were also located further from the vagina.“This new research backs up previous research which suggested the size and position of the clitoris does have bearing on sensation during intercourse,” mentions Tracey Cox.
“It makes sense. The whole area is tugged and stimulated during penetrative sex. If the clitoris is close enough to be involved, of course you have a higher chance of orgasm.”

So what does this mean for sex?

Tracey notes that there’s going to be a lot less pressure on women when it comes to deciding which kind of orgasm they’ve had.

“We put things into boxes to make sense of the world, but it’s generally always better to try not to put labels on things,” she said.

“Trying to decide if your orgasm was vaginal, clitoral or G-spot put pressure on women, particularly if they were trying to orgasm the ‘correct’ way, as in the partner-friendly vaginal orgasm.”
Dr Vincenzo Puppo, who co-wrote the review, urges that male ejaculations shouldn’t necessarily mean the end of sex for women either.
“Touching and kissing can be continued almost indefinitely, and non-coital sexual acts after male ejaculation can be used to produce orgasm in women,” he told the Daily Mail.
Tracey added: “It fits with everything we know so far from reputable sources, and comes back to what sex therapists have been trying to drum into people for decades: it’s all about the clitoris not the penis!”

Tannishtha Chatterjee wants people to stop hype around Indian actors working in Hollywood

Tannishtha Chatterjee wants people to stop hype around Indian actors working in Hollywood

Actor Tannishtha Chatterjee has worked in plenty of Indo-western collaborations to call herself a global artist, but she does not approve of people in Bollywood being awe struck by desi actors who bag international projects.

“I don’t think we should give emphasis on the validation that we often seek from the West. It’s a part of our colonial psyche and we need to just stop and not get westoxified. I love working and travelling and meeting people from different cultures, as it all helps me expand my vision as an artist. (Also) It is enriching for me, but beyond that, this whole validation is not something I work for,” says Chatterjee.

The actor who has been part of films such as Shadows of Time (2004), Brick Lane (2007) and UnIndian (2016), hopes that people’s perception of constantly looking up at the western films will change soon.

“For a fact that entertainment industry looks at things superficially, our society is still westoxified. If you speak English in a particular way or watch English shows, the society looks up to you. However, as we grow and get mature as a nation, I’m sure we will get over these hang ups,” she says.

In the last one year, actors such as Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone have made their Hollywood debut. Meanwhile, some actors in Bollywood have raised questions on being offered only Asian roles. Chatterjee, however, does not see a problem with it. “We look a particular way. I can’t play a Chinese character, so I don’t know why should there be any other expectations. If I am cast as a South American or an Australian, it visually doesn’t justify and you will have to do prosthetics on me. Why would anyone do that,” wonders the actor.

Sushmita Sen : Indian film industry not based on actor's look, age

Sushmita Sen : Indian film industry not based on actor's look, age

Actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen says that nowadays, the Hindi film industry is not based on an artiste's look and age but on talent. She believes that age only adds experience to the actor's career.

"No, I don't agree with that, not today...if you had asked me this when I joined the film industry, I would have said a resounding yes! But at this stage, when you look at an 'English Vinglish', you look at Sridevi, you think wow," Sushmita told IANS in an e-mail, when asked if she thinks Indian film industry is based on looks and age and not on an actor's talent.

The actress also talked about Hollywood veteran Meryl Streep and said that she has played some incredible parts, even lead a film all through her career at different ages. "She is someone I deeply admire...And now comes our very own Sridevi...I mean I give you just that one example because it's a success," she added.

The 41-year-old said that age adds experience onto the screen space. "(It) goes to show that age only adds to the experience and to actually bringing alive more of that experience onto the screen," said Sushmita.

The actress, who is a single mother to daughters Renee Sen and Alisah Sen, says that it would be tragedy if an actor's career gets over at the age of 25. "It is a beautiful thing to grow and then to depict that in cinema...So I, disagree with that... We are definitely headed in the right direction and there is a roll and a script for everyone...We just need the right directors to come up with them," she added.
